I don't do Cathe workouts but I love yoga, especially non-spiritual yoga, so I thought this would be a winner. While there's technically nothing wrong with it, it felt a little forced - like someone who isn't comfortable with yoga leading a yoga workout.  Her form is okay, her cueing is good. It simply felt dry to me.

I was really excited to learn that Cathe was coming out with yoga DVDs; I know I should be doing yoga, but most instructors are just too "zen" for me.  I like Cathe's instruction in this routine; however, there are soooo many downward dogs that I got bored really quickly.  I think there could have been a lot more variety, so I was a little disappointed.  However, on the plus side, I was really challenged with a couple of poses, which is good for improving balance.  I like her Yoga Relax DVD much better, as well as her barre DVD from the same series, which is a departure from her other routines.  I feel guilty giving three stars, which is rare, as I really love Cathe, but maybe others will enjoy more than me.

Disclaimer:  I have never done Yoga before Cathe's two Yoga DVDs, so didn't know what to expect and have nothing to compare it to.

I thought the moves were easy to do and the workout was easy to follow along.  Nothing needed to be modified for me.  I did feel relaxed (not as much as a good stretch DVD).  I did not feel like I was worked out (again, not sure if you are supposed to feel 'worked out' after Yoga).  I save this workout for a rest day.
