5 of 5 Timeless and Doesn't Get Old... November 18, 2015
Reviewer: Susan from Alabama
Years after getting this exercise dvd, I am still using it.  Cathe provides a challenging work-out with great music that is very motivating.  I also like that I am able to follow the step choreography even though I am challenged in that area.  This is one of my all-time favorites and would highly recommend it.

4 of 5 Good, not great July 13, 2014
Reviewer: Bells
To me, this workout in its entirety seems "slow".  I often am looking at the clock.  Which is unusual since I love step and HiiT and can't get enough.  I think it is because it is just easier (both in choreography and intensity).  It is worth me keeping for "easier" days and I don't dislike it, I just don't have it as one of my favorites.  Music isn't my style, but I can overlook that with great choreography and intensity.

4 of 5 Loved the intensity in the step part July 7, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from ON Canada
I love Cathe that she makes Step workouts fun for us who have trouble following to many complicated moves. I loved the intensity and I enjoyed the music. Cathe is amazing and this is one of my favourite high intensity step workouts ever.

3 of 5 Like the curate's egg... July 5, 2014
Reviewer: RedPanda from Australia
... this DVD is excellent in parts.  The good part is the extremely intense 35-minute athletic step section; the bad parts are everything else.

The HiiT (High impact) section is hardly intense, and includes what must be one of the most horrendous music tracks ever recorded.

I would recommend this DVD for the step section alone — but only to people who don’t have an extensive Cathe library.  If you have many of her DVDs, you have probably seen all these moves before.

4 of 5 3.5 stars, slightly repetitive workout! December 15, 2010
Reviewer: Mandy Miller from Gelida Barcelona, barcelona Spain
I am a huge Cathe fan and have so many of her DVDs.  I did this for the 1st time today.  I really like the step routine and it´s good as a quick 35 minute workout.  I have to say the music is qute bad,in the Hi HIIT section there is an awful country song that just put me off! I feel bad saying it,but maybe Cathe just needs to have a bit of a rest with releasing DVDs. Se had out quite recently the STS range which I believe included 10 ´new´ cardio DVDs, I ask myself ´how much inovation can one person have?´ hence the repetitive moves.  This is a fab DVD for someone who doesn´t have Cathe´s DVDs such as Imax 2 & 3 (the best, partly due to the music!) or her HIIT dvd (fab) but if you have these previous gems, then you may find this a bit same old, same old!
