High Reps is an intense 65 min long total body, muscular endurance workout loaded with energy, variety and of course, high reps. It features our customized rockin’ soundtrack that’ll make your muscles lift, pull and stretch while they reach for that last rep. Do this workout one or two times per week and enjoy the benefits of improved muscular endurance, a revved up metabolism, increased bone density, better muscle tone and feel energized all day long.

The format of this workout is simple: You will be doing ten songs. Each song is choreographed to music and concentrates on exhausting one muscle group at a time through the use of light-to-moderate weighted dumbbells, a barbell, a slide disc (or paper plate) and a medium tension stretch band. Focus and concentrate on each rep to bring your muscles to complete exhaustion.

It will take a few attempts to find that perfectly challenging weight for each body part. Once that “perfect” weight no longer pushes you like it did, increase your weight load. If you’re new to this style of weight training, modify with lighter weights for the first few workouts.

To make High Reps more versatile, we have included five premixes for you to use at any given time to accommodate your workout needs or simply change up your workout for greater muscle confusion.

High Reps contains the following five premixes:

1. Upper Body Only - 39.14

2. Lower Body Only - 34.36

3. Full- Upper Body First - 64.38

4. Full – Lower Body First - 64.38

5. Scrambled - 64.58

5 of 5 Love it, good endurance workout February 17, 2016
Reviewer: Bells
I got cocky the first time I did this workout and used a bit heavier weight than I should have because I love heavy weights.  Well, I quickly lowered them to get through the high reps.  I love this kind of workout now because it gets my endurance up and I swear I can feel it in the "tiny" muscles between my larger muscles.  Fun music and format.

This was a great Cathe weight work purchase.  I love how she incorporates the band with dumbbells. This is a challenging workout, especially for the upper body.  She doesn't rep you to death but what she does really works the muscles .  The first time I d did this dvd, I was sore for 3 days.   I like that it moves quick and is thorough.  I do not like heavy weight workouts, so this was perfect for me.  I liked the ab work also.  Music was ok, but not great.

5 of 5 muscle endurance workout that will leave you happy July 31, 2014

I enjoy the use of music to motivate you get the workout done. The endurance comes from doing high reps this is fun and tough. You can keep growing into it by using premixes and making your weights heavier. The only thing with this one and other weight workouts by Cathe is I get lazy in getting all the equipment out.

5 of 5 Excellent total body weight workout July 30, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Sterling, VA United States
High Reps is a great full-body weight workout.  It covers all muscle groups and works you from head to toe. Nothing ground breaking here, just solid weight training done Cathe-style. The time flies doing this workout, and you will definitely work to fatigue. Cathe focuses on doing low-end repetitions on the lower body which really burn the quads. She also does a similar approach to burn out the biceps. This was my go to weight workout for years and I would say it's an excellent endurance workout. If you're looking for hypertrophy, this is not the workout, but if want a muscle endurance workout that works total body thoroughly in an hour, this is an excellent choice.

5 of 5 Great Workout! July 2, 2014
Reviewer: Linda Kaube Hodgson from Red Deer, AB Canada
I have had this one for years and use it quite often!  It gives you an overall complete weight training workout from head to toe including abs!  One minor point is I need to pause the dvd a few times to change weights as I am not a fast as them.  Your triceps will definetely be worked to fatigue.
