5 of 5 Good workout but need different weights November 22, 2014

I think this is a very good workout.  To me, the background exercisers put on too much "acting" almost moaning in pain!  I did find that for some exercises (like lunges) I could use 10# weights, but then Bob had you doing exercises like front raises an I definitely needed lighter weights for the shoulders

In all, this is a good workout.  Just remember to change your weights as needed.  You don't see the background exercisers doing that, which might be why they're moaning in pain.  I really didn't do some of the exercises fast like Bob tells you to because I feel that when I go fast with weights, I tend to lose my form.

Another great total body workout from Bob. It will burn every muscle you have and you can keep growing by increasing the weights you do. Great flow to it and no dread factor.

As an intermediate level exerciser who likes a challenge, I really enjoyed the hour-long workout. Lots of reps and variations, resulting in a good burn. I tended to follow the modifier more towards the end because I was starting to feel wiped out (in a good way). Bob was trying to put on his "mean" persona and the background exercisers were playing up the suffering a bit much. Great workout, though!
