Jeanette  has made a fun colour full workout with the set setting the atmosphere. Lot of good solid com bound moves, cardio and abs. Like the use of the swiss ball for abs. At times Jeanettes voice can get on my nervs but otherwise solid fun workout. That will leave you sweaty but not depleted.
