Welcome to the Lounge Room series where you will use your lounge room furniture to increase the intensity of your workouts. You don't need expensive equipment to change things up and to get the results you are looking for.

All you will need is some sturdy lounge room furniture such as a sofa, coffee table, footstool or chair and an exercise mat. You will be surprised at how much more challenging elevating traditional Pilates and Barre exercises can be. The workouts are joint-friendly and take up hardly any space so they are perfect to do even on holidays!


INCLUDES 5 WORKOUTS:

Glutes (24 mins): Tighten and sculpt your glutes with elevated glute bridges and targeted table top exercises.

Inner and Outer Thighs (28 mins): Lengthen and chisel your inner and outer thighs with traditional floor exercises with a twist!

Front of Thighs (28 mins): Tighten your quads and get rid of those saddle bags with this standing and seated thigh workout.

Abs (28 mins): Trim your waistline and flatten your lower belly with this intense core workout.

Upper Body (21 mins): Use push-up and dip modifications to sculpt a strong upper body without any bulk.

I absolutely loved this DVD-it was a great toning workout and at the same time very soothing to do after work or as a mid day workout as it doesn't tecquire any equipment and doesn't make me all sweaty.I found it to be very low key to do before work when I'm still sleepy and I plan to do the moves next time I'm in front of the TV.I have become a big fan of Linda's workouts and feel as a trainer she is so down to earth and I really connect with her.I love how her workouts are broken into segments and I often mix and match parts from her various DVDs or do one or 20 minute segments when I'm rushed-the excercises may look tame but you really feel it in your small muscle groups.I am so glad to have received this this past week and can't wait to use it again
