Welcome to the Lockdown Madness series. This is an advanced series that will challenge your strength, endurance, coordination, balance and flexibility. There is a large variety of different styles and all my favorite equipment to increase the intensity and shock your body into giving you the results you are after. You will strengthen and define all those problem areas with these unique routines.

THE SET INCLUDES:

Fusion (45): you will start with seated straddle position combinations. Then move into a kneeling tucked position with more dynamic arm movements. Next a plank, down dog series. Then a side kneeling plank with leg extensions, raises, front to back kicks and knee rotations. Next a child's pose push up and a triceps hold tuck series. Then a side lunge up and down combination. Then a roll back to side plank push up combo and a reverse table top series. Then an abs series in a seated, c-curve position. A stretch interlude before a tough Asian squat to standing combo and finally a lengthening stretch.

Combinations (47): In Lockdown Madness Combinations you will start with plank variations to heat up the entire body. Then move to a side lunge, curtsy lunge high to low combo. Stay in high to low curtsy lunge kicks, then a crouching curtsy kick combinations. Next a kneeling side plank combination. Than an Asian squat jump and step forward combo. Then an all 4s leg circles to step ups. Next crouching leg kicks to step up no's. Then a down dog series. Next a low side lunge arm reach to push-up combo. Then a mini ball abs segment before a lengthening stretch.

Mostly Lower (48): you will start with flowing ballet plie and extension combinations to heat up the body. Then move into a resistance loop series with side to side steps, a seated outer thigh squeeze, then add a weight for squats with various emphasis. Next a wide plie series with both weights and the loop with heel lifts and varying rep patterns. Then an elevated glute bridge segment. Finish with a tough abs series, then a lengthening stretch.

Tone It (46): you will start in a wide plie position with shoulder scoops and circles. Next move into a triple lunge to front and back kicks combination. Then a kneeling tucked series with arm variations. Then a cardio burst with knee hovers, glute raises, wide forward jumps and donkey butt kicks. Next a side kneeling leg circle to down dog leg circle combination. Then a glute raise to handstand series. Next, a roll back to v-sit, then various v-sit raises. Then a z-sit with various combinations. Finally an abs series. Finish with a lengthening stretch.
