Welcome to Cardio Sculpt Fusion, a complete workout system to torch fat and define your entire body. Get in the best shape of your life with these total body workouts that maximize results in minimum time. This box set includes 11 workouts that can either be used individually or can be mix and matched to create your perfect routine.

THE SET INCLUDES:

DISC 1 - CARDIO SCULPT FUSION SERIES

ABC Workout (28 mins): The ABC stands for Arms, Butt and Core! With this workout you will start off with an arms exercises, then layer on a butt exercises and finally add on a core exercise.

Cardio Sculpt Fat Burn (36 mins): This are fast paced, easy to follow moves that get your entire body involved. You will alternate between cardio segments and strength segments to torch calories and work up a major sweat.

Cardio Barre Sculpt (29 mins): You will start each set with a medium paced compound move, then move on to a faster pace single side move and end with a balancing version of the compound move.

Cardio Fat Burn (31 mins): Using a combination of traditional aerobics moves as well as some boxing style exercises this calorie torching workout will definitely let you work up a sweat.

DISC 2 - SWEAT SERIES

Up and Down Sweat (29 mins): This workout alternates intervals of standing combination moves with plank based combinations! This keeps the heart rate high and the muscles burning!

Pyramid Sweat (29 mins): This workout follows a pyramid principle where you will do a grouping of moves in single reps then work your way from 1-5 and then do 2 sets of 8 for each move before moving on to the next grouping.

Jack and Kick Sweat (32 mins): Lots of jack variations teamed with kicks and punches to chisel every muscle group. This one will definitely be a challenge for mind and body with lots of balance moves thrown in to get your core firing!

Cardio Sculpt Sweat (28 mins): With intervals of pure cardio and then dynamic sculpting your heart rate will be high and you will burn heaps of calories. There are lots of combination moves to keep your mind engaged and your muscles guessing.

DISC 3 - BARRE BOOTCAMP SERIES

Barre Bootcamp Total Body (40 mins): You will keep your heart rate high and torch some major calories. You will move from a total body move to glutes, front of thighs, outer thighs and finishing with abs.

Barre Bootcamp Sculpt (41 mins): You will perform lots of combination exercises that utilize level changes to torch some major calories. Each exercise grouping will have multiple exercises to target the same muscle group before you move on to the other side.

Barre Bootcamp Box (40 mins): A combination of long lever ballet moves mixed with dynamic punches and kicks. You will challenge your balance and burn out your arms and legs with innovative combination moves that will leave you dripping with sweat. To finish there is a Pilates inspired core flow, which will be sure to expend any energy you may have left!
