Welcome to Barlates Beginners Series, a complete workout system to introduce you to the Barlates fusion of strength, flexibility, fat burning and balance. There are fewer reps than some other Barlates workouts and some breaks. These workouts will help you torch fat and create a long, lean physique.

This box set includes 12 workouts. They can either be used individually or can be mix and matched to create your perfect routine.

THE SET INCLUDES:

Pilates Beginners (134 mins, 4 workouts: Mat Express, Total Mat, Lower & Abs, Core & Glutes) The workouts are easy to follow with lots of form pointers so that you can familiarize yourself with Pilates without having to get too technical. The exercises are designed to lengthen and define your body in a joint friendly, low impact way that is suitable for all ages and exercise levels.

Beginners Loop (140 mins, 4 workouts: Abs, Arms, Barre, Lower): A set of workouts that use the resistance loop to take your mat workout to another level of burn! These workouts will introduce you to using a resistance loop to target all the smaller, supporting muscle fibres, to give you a well-balanced physique.

Beginner Intervals (82 mins, 4 workouts: Cardio Sculpt, Old School, Compound Moves, Ramp It Up): You will use intervals of 30 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to increase your heart rate and let it recover just enough to keep you in the fat burning zone. This is the perfect series for those who are new to interval training as there are plenty of easier modifications shown and the work intervals are short.

Equipment: light dumbbells and resistance loop or pilates band tied into a loop.

Hi, I'm Linda - creator of Barlates Body Blitz. I have worked in the diet and fitness industry for most of my career and have created close to 550 workout videos to bring my passion for exercise to you!
