30-Minutes to Fitness Trim Down is a combination of dumbbell exercises and upbeat boxing drills that burn calories fast.

I Just discovered Kelly ( I know she's been around for years), and this is one of her workouts I bought. Well I just love it. It is my new go to when I want a cardio and strength workout. The weight work is challenging depending on how much poundage you use and the boxing drills are fun. Now towards the end I was getting pretty tired but with Kelly's encouragement I pushed through. This is a total body workout. Kelly makes it fun and doable. I love her sense of humour. I plan to do this twice a week for the next 2 months. But I will always use it regularly. I highly recommend it.

Excellent workouts! I did both workouts on my first go and loved it. Fantastic combination of boxing drills and strength building. Will definitely revisit this workout often. Great job, Kelly!

Fitness Trim Down was a welcomed surprise.  This morning I completed the Mixed Trim Down #2 premix which was 32 minutes of pure sweat.

The workout was comprised of approx. 6 rounds of Upper body / Lower body weighted combination followed by boxing drills. Usually, I am not one for the UB/LB combinations, but I really enjoyed these. The moves were nicely combined and moved at a reasonable pace. Also, the boxing drills are straightforward punching combinations, nothing complicated.

Kelly is alone in this production and it was like having my own personal trainer at home. This workout was truly a delight.

I have done two of the premixes which are the Boxing Drills @ 31 minutes and the Combine workouts @57 minutes.  

I like doing the combine workout premix more than I like doing just the boxing drills premix.  If fact, I like the format quite a lot as a combine workout alternating the dumbbells exercises with the boxing drills.

For both groups of workout, you are doing each set of exercises for about a minute.  The music cues up and goes to the end of the minute. Then the music fades out during the transition and comes back in as you start the next exercise.

What I really like is that Kelly varied each of the sets so you were doing something a little different each time through the minute.  The only time you could argue that she didn't do this is when she worked one side and then repeated the combination on the other side.  I really like that it was not  a constant repeat of exercises set after set after set.

Kelly is so good at making boxing challenging but easy to follow for of us with major left arms or feet. I love first doing boxing then weights with compound moves that gets heart rate even higher. I adore how Kelly tells you what muscle your working and where you should feel it. I love the premixes so I can choose to do only boxing. Great job Kelly.
