I love pilates.  I think this one is decently challenging (though perhaps an advanced exerciser would disagree), but not overly so.  The instructor cues very well, is likable, and she seems to pack quite a variety of exercises into each ten minute segment.  (The set-ups do take a wee bit longer than those in 10 MS Perfect Body Pilates, if you want a comparison between the two.)  I find this effective, but I do use it mostly as an add on, using mostly lower body and stretch sections.  I think I like it equally as the 10 MS Solution Perfect Body Pilates dvd; I think they are unique from each other, but comparable in challenge (this one may be just a hair easier bc of the slightly longer set ups).

I think this video is great. The instructor is great, she is very motivating it's as if she's right there with you. I enjoy the simplicity of the exercises and that they are easy to follow. I will continue to use this video !
