Cardio: Expansion & Contraction (Guillermo) – a great kickboxing routine with an upper body focus.

Total Body: Strength & Flexibility (Jessica) - consists of standing and floor work targeting the entire body and includes balance moves to provide an additional challenge.  

Lower Body: Rhythm & Balance (Guillermo) – a great kickboxing workout with a lower body focus.

Core: Power & Flow (Jessica) - consists of standing and floor core work and has a kickboxing influence.

Relax: Movement & Stillness (Guillermo & Jessica) - is the perfect end to any workout or if you need to unwind and release tension.  

All 5 workouts are awesome on their own if you only have time for one or want to add on to an existing workout. You can also do all of them together for a really great and challenging workout. You get it all - kickboxing, functional strength, flexibility, core and relaxation. Both Guillermo and Jessica put out amazing workouts and you can't go wrong with any of them.
