These strength training exercises were designed by Gin to challenge step enthusiasts and delight all who attend your classes. The Xtreme Strength Circuit on the Ball will begin with a warm-up, followed by a resistance circuit that alternates lower and upper-body exercises and ends with a slow stretch.

The purposes of the workout: (1) Include specific exercises unique to the ball and platform at consecutively arranged stations. (2) Allow little or no rest between stations. (3) Use creative stretches as transitions between stations. (4) Address a primary muscle group in each station while maintaining isometric and dynamic stabilization of the trunk.
