I did this for the first time this morning.    It's not like any other workout I've ever done.    It's barefoot, like Ellen Barrett, but intense in a different way.    She starts with working your feet, then does more of a full body warm-up.   Then there's a cardio section that gets your heart rate up with different kinds of lunges and squats, but there's no dread factor -- she keeps it moving quickly and somehow it's not your standard fare.    After that she has a shorter "Flexible Strength" section where you're sort of doing dynamic stretches while toning.    I'm sore in my hamstrings this evening.    Nice workout!
