I am using the DVD in combination with diet as a way to lose weight and get in shape. This DVD is fun to use and is even more fun when you have other family members join in. The workout can be modified to fit your needs and ability to do the steps. Walk & kick is a great addition to my routine. I would recommend it to anyone.

I just love her workouts,I started with the Walk away the pounds. Wanted a little bit of variety and what another GREAT work out.As a mother of two sometimes finding time is hard, but not with this DVD. Thirty minutes and you feel great! Easy to follow anyone can do it! Great for weight lose,too! I am now down 45 lbs
