Great walk video! |

I really enjoy using the walk belt. It gives me a great upper body workout and I have noticed some great results! Would recommend this walk to anyone who is looking to improve their endurance. The second mile is intense but great! I love my Leslie videos and have not been disappointed!

Great to work in private and not have to go to gym. Inexpensive great workout. Fun. Very easy to follow along. Like having the ability to pause if necessary and not lose any of the workout unlike the gym etc.

I like this DVD. You can do all or whatever you have time for. Using the belt instead of weights adds variety. The only thing I didn't like about the belt was the ends of the bands are enclosed and you can't untie/re-tie them to adjust the length. I tied knots in them and that did the trick but doesn't look as nice. Still, all said, I am satisfied with this set.

Love that I can workout at home and don't need to go out. Its hard to leave when I have 2 kids, and this works perfectly for my schedule!
