Tabata Trek combines intensity intervals of cardio and strength for a workout that
will challenge every cell in your body. Tabata is a training protocol
that requires all out effort and then complete rest. The intensity bouts
only last 20 seconds but these 20 seconds will be the hardest effort
you can muster. One Tabata session lasts for 4 minutes 20 work/10 rest =
8 cycles. You will be on the bike for the cardio intervals and off the
bike for strength intervals. This is a true total body workout like no
other. You are sure to get stronger and fitter than you have ever been
with this one. There are also mix and match options to customize your
workout.

services. She has authored numerous articles and tars in over 100
instructional videos. Mindy is currently the host of Orbitrek Elite and
360miracle infomercials.
