Total Fitness DVDs

This 60 min workout sculpts and tones your entire body using unique and more complex exercises. There are two thirty minute segments in this workout that focus on balance and stability and also rehabilitation and strengthening weak and neglected muscles. Modifiers are included to demonstrate easier moves.

Section one of this workout can be done with no equipment at all and can be done anywhere.

Section two of this workout uses Bosu, Stabilty Ball, free weights and a medicine ball. This workout is tough but can be done by anyone who wants to challenge themselves and take their training to the next level. The workout is concluded with a relaxing and well needed stretch.
