Total Core Pilates is a GREAT Pilates workout. It is way Tough and challenging. It starts with core work, moves to legs, then back and a stretch. There is some arm worked mixed in with planks and Pilates pushups. The Leg work is what really sets this aparts! Burn baby burn! Jules is a very pleasant instructor. Great cueing. REALLY different presentation of Pilates.  Keeper!
