Tonya Larson is an AFAA Certified Group Exercise and Step Instructor and also certified in Prenatal Postnatal Fitness as well as Bosu. She earned a BA in Theater from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated from Victory Bible Institutes's School of Worship and Biblical Studies in Tulsa, OK. In addition to instructing group exercise classes Tonya is a fitness writer that focuses her research on long-term lifestyle change.
