Pure Pump is a weight-training workout that has been designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. You can follow Tonya as she presents more advanced options or a modifier demonstrating basic version of each exercise. The Pure Pump format develops muscle endurance and strength, while boosting your metabolism so that you are able to tone your body while losing weight. Tonya's warm demeanor, great cueing and fun music make working out a pleasure, which will keep you coming back for more.
PUMP: Two fun and creative 22-minute sculpting workout that will tone all your major muscle groups while burning fat! These creative segments feature compound weight work and can be done together for a longer more intense workout or separately for an express total body workout. Tonya uses hand weights and a step but you also have the option to follow the modifier using the floor.
ABS & CORE: A short and effective core routine that targets the lower and oblique abdominals. Tonya teaches you exercises that offer you the best results in the shortest amount of time.
STRETCH: A calm and meditative stretch segment focusing on the lengthening of muscles, stress relief and relaxation.
SPIRITUAL WARM-UP (OPTIONAL BONUS SEGMENT): Research has proven that the most effective way to change your lifestyle and stay fit is by addressing unhealthy thinking about yourself, fitness and food. Tonya is an AFAA Certified Group Exercise and Step Instructor and also certified in Prenatal Postnatal Fitness as well as BOSU. She earned a BA in Theater from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated from Victory Bible Institute's School of Worship & Biblical Studies in Tulsa, OK. In addition to instructing group exercise classes, Tonya is a fitness writer that focuses her research on long-term lifestyle change. She and her husband have two beautiful boys: Aero and Jace.
