This program uses movements that have been adapted from classic Pilates principles on the Reformer and the mat. Using similar ballet exercises that require focused control and breathing, you will be able to comprehensively shape, tone, and define your entire body.
The first 30 minutes of this Pilates inspired program provides a balance challenge which stablizes the core of the body while slimming the hips, abs and buns. During the 15-Minute Floor Work segment, you will concentrate on your breathing while lengthening and strengthening the arms, abs, and legs.
