Both routines were so much fun! Basic enough for anyone to follow, but fun enough for everyone too. I really liked the 2nd routine best. I used 5lb dumbells for this and it was perfect. The moves are kinda fast, so I would not use anything heavier than that. This is fresh and a different approach to weight training and aerobics. It kind of reminds me of cheerleading class in a way-but not in a bad way, in a fun way! I love their outfits and the music was great. They are all good instructors!
