Seasun's 3rd step aerobics DVD, is designed to be both athletically challenging and somewhat dancy, yet easy to follow. This step workout consists of a fun warm up, three 64-count step combinations, an easy to follow cool down and a deep stretch. The combinations are taught in an add-on style. Both the complexity and the intensity are geared toward intermediate to advanced level exercisers. This workout is so much fun that we'll bet you'll be reaching for it time and time again!

Seasun Zieger: With over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, Seasun has a real passion for advanced step aerobics. She is an AFAA Certified Instructor, Star of CIA 2304, CIA 2604 Bosu Blast and The Next Step DVD. Seasun currently teaches all formats of Step, Hi/lo and Bosu.
