Serious
Strong is a total body workout, designed to burn fat as you sculpt
lean, strong and powerful muscles. Using a step platform, plate loaded
or weighted bar (not required), and dumbbells, this unique blend of
high intensity strength training and muscle endurance pushes beyond
fitness plateaus to completely redefine your physique.
This
Advanced workout alternates lower and upper body exercises with a
specific combination of fast, slow, and super slow reps. Modifications
for easier, harder and different versions of exercises are
demonstrated.
Gin’s unique approach provides diversity in
strength training: choose lighter weight to start as you adjust to the
program and the higher reps. To maximize results, gradually increase to
the heavier weight required to reach real muscle fatigue a must for
improvement in definition, decreased body fat and a seriously fit body.
