Love the Compound Moves! |

I realllllly liked this one! I love that there were multiple levels to the cardio segments. I love the compound moves in this one. And, I love that there is balance work in this one. I like the instructor; I give her a strong B+/A-. Although some disagree, I like this one better than the "other" Results dvd, probably bc this is the one with compound moves and slightly more "interesting" cardio. And, it was a bit of a challenge, so I would venture that this series is well-named.

Could have been a lot better. |

All thought the workout itself was okay I wished the cueing was better. I had to keep rewinding the dvd because Tracey would switch to the other side without any warning. She also makes a reference to "a bad date" referring to your abductor. A sexual reference does not have a place in a workout video. I have tried to like Tracey but have not liked any of her workouts. This workout is just like her others.

EXCELLENT TOTAL BODY WORKOUT! |

This is a 31 min. interval training dvd and a 21 min. lower body sculpting workouts. A good dvd to choose when you want a little cardio and toning in one workout. She first shows you an easy level then progresses to an advanced level. She does lunges with biceps curls, shuffles with a little kickbox and other exercises using many muscles groups at once, which burns more fat and calories. The lower body burns!!!! and, believe me, you will feel it the next day!!! This is my favorite dvd! even the one with Cindy is great! By both!! I hope there are more dvd like this one out, in the future!!! Also, she includes a little ab workout, but tells you to use your abs in the workouts, so you will have less crunches to do later. You can add your own if you want more. But, you do feel your obliques and abs a little, the next day. It all depends on how you feel or want to do.
