The seamless routine consists of a 30 minute dance-inspired sequence
using light handheld weights (recommended 2-4 lbs each), followed by 15
minutes of tush tightening and belly flattening matwork. Before you sip
a skinny latte and wear your skinny jeans, do this skinny workout!
