Jillian Moriarty (MSPT) a happy wife and mommy is a leading expert in the health and wellness field with a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.  She is also a Polestar-certified Pilates instructor, a certified yoga instructor and has extensive training in bodywork.  Over 15 years in the industry, she has worked as a PT in outpatient pediatrics, neonatal intensive care, outpatient neurology and orthopedics.
