Piloxing is a fun and innovative workout that fills a unique niche in my collection. Following the warm-up, there's about 45 minutes of standing work consisting of cycles of straight boxing drills followed by standing pilates / barre moves, some of which have a balance component. This is followed by a shorter floor work section, targeting the legs and abs, and a stretch. The only flaw (minor for me) is that there are uneven reps on R and L sides for some moves.
