This was a quick little workout, a little under 40 minutes. It really wasn't ab specific. Instead, its mostly a cardio/weight circuit workout using a medicine ball rather than dumbbells. In fact, I felt the workout more in my arms than in my abs. During the workout, I first tried using my 4lb medicine ball that's basically the same size & texture as a basketball, but some of the exercises were one handed & the bigger ball became cumbersome. I then switched to a squishy, smaller 6lb ball which worked much better. The cardio basically consisted of marches, jogs, or jumping jacks along with other options shown on a split screen. There is a modifier as well, which was nice. I think I might try some other medicine ball workouts (like Gilad's and Patrick's), because while this was a good workout, I was looking for something more ab specific.
