awesome workout October 11, 2010

this is an awesome, awesome workout.  Michelle gets u right into it starting with the warm-up.  You do some great weight sequences followed by some intense cardio segments.  I got out of breath several times during this workout and I consider myself an advanced exerciser.  Michelle is very pleasant and motivating and i love the fact that she points out during the workout that they had been doing this for 8 weeks, so they had to work up to this also.  I used 5 and 8 lb weights and boy did i feel it and I am used to lifting some pretty heavy weights.  Ultimately just get the workout and do it and I promise u will love it.  Highly recommended.
