Sweatfest is right! |

This is a very intense workout, mostly cardio with some higher impact. A little disjointed and some shaky cueing, but really basic BASIC moves so you can really get HR up. Lots of squatting and leg work that WILL fry your legs. Mindy goes thru circuits that have two 40 second blasts. Mindy also uses the Bosu for some of these. Can also use step or just stay on the floor. Toning/strength segment is all upper body and core focused and body weight only. Lots of work with plates and gliding plank work. Also some good ab work on the Bosu and on the floor. Cardio goes on at least 40 min, toning about 20 and then stretch which was basic but very nice on the legs. Mindy is energetic as usual, the little dynamo! She looks a lot leaner than in the past. If you like Mindy, you'll like this one! She's SO positive!

This was my first Mindy workout ever and I thoroughly enjoyed it, in addition to being worked really hard. It moved very quickly and definitely had my heart rate up there.... a real calorie burner. I think it would be very easily modified to do only portions of it. Also, she shows different ways to do things, for instance, step, no step, bosu, no bosu. The bosu isn't used much.
