Nice change of pace for Leslie! I enjoy the brisk pace and boosted walking. You get a great workout in a short amount of time. I also enjoyed the music in this one.

One of my favorite Leslie workouts July 2, 2014

During some Leslie workouts, I find myself watching the clock.  Not this one.  Very engaging and a good workout when I don't want anything too intense.  That said, I liked how Leslie cranked up the energy, and I like the twisting moves she included.  Toning segments are great, too!

The walk workout has too many high impact moves for my taste: leg swings, jumps with twisting, etc. Also, the chatter is annoying. I prefer Leslie’s videos when she doesn’t have a group of exercisers. 3 stars

The two 10 minute toning segments are great. One works the front of the body. The other works the back with some push-ups thrown in. The pace is just right, not too fast. Together they make a nice 20 minute workout or add one to the end of a different Leslie walk video. 5 stars

In this brisk 2 mile walk Leslie uses a lot of different moves that focus on the core and abs. The pace is brisk and the movements use rotations targeted for the midsection . There are some boosted sections to get the heart rate up as well. Time seemed to go by very quickly. The two, 10 min toning sections at the end are better than I expected! The first one is for the front of the core or the abs and used flexion. There are crunches, the hundred, bicycles, bridges etc. These are repeated a few time and done at a nice steady pace.  The next toning section is for the back and core and buns and uses extentions. There are planks, superman's, leg lifts done on all fours etc. Overall this is a great DVD that you can use just the 2 mile walk or tag on one or both of the ten minute toning sections to the end. Leslie is alone in the toning sections and the music is nice and calming. I am very happy with this workout and I look forward to her other new ones coming out in the Just Walk series!
