I would absolutely recommend this DVD for people new to kettlebells but I think it would be frustrating for any experienced person.  The breaks are in my opinion excessive (from one to three minutes), then when she starts the next segment she instructs on form first, essentially extending that break time.  This is great for people training on kettlebells or even someone who is experimenting with heavier bells but experienced kettlebellers will be frustrated at not being able to keep their heart rate up
