nice kettlebell workout October 31, 2009

I really like this kettlebell dvd.    Mostly, I'm not that thrilled with kettlebell dvds.... I'd rather put on my ipod and do my own mix of moves, but something about this one seems more interesting to me (and I've done some AOS, Lauren Brooks, etc.).    True, she has some non traditional stuff thrown in.... I modify and do swings without the leg movements she shows.   I'm not sure why this clicked with me more than others that I know a lot of people really love, but.... it does.
