The cardio is tough and will get your heart rates up. There is a modifier to make it more lower impact I really like the moves in this one. The strength is equally challenging. Lots of compound moves very Jillian styles. But lately her sets for the DVDs are strange and this one is strange. It makes it hard to do I get distracted because of the lights and shiny set.

So far, I've only done the cardio workout, and oh boy, it is certainly tough.  I think it is an effective workout.  Hopefully, the strength training workout will be equally effective.  I highly recommend.
