This was my first Jenny Ford and she is a great instructor.  Nothing boring about these workout.  I really liked the Hi-Lo Cardio and got a good workout.  The step by step was also great.  Spicy Step goes fast and sometimes the cueing wasn't great but all in all this DVD is a bargain for the price.

I got this workout for the spicy workout.  I was pleasantly surprised that I liked the step by step and the HI/LO.

Three workouts with chaptering that makes it easy to mix and match.  The Step by Step and High Low Cardio are very simple but can be easily made harder using plyometrics, upping the step height, etc.  Jenny is affable and cues decently.  The Spicy Step is an absolute gem - great music and moves that just zip along.  Fun!
