Three workouts with chaptering that makes it easy to mix and match.  The Step by Step and High Low Cardio are very simple but can be easily made harder using plyometrics, upping the step height, etc.  Jenny is affable and cues decently.  The Spicy Step is an absolute gem - great music and moves that just zip along.  Fun!
