This workout has a real boot camp feel to it, Jeanette has you doing a variety of exercise segments that includes cardio, strength and balance moves.....most of the exercises have 25 reps which I find to be particularly effective. The fitness talent is excellent, and Ms. Rowland is fit and fun. Recommended.

I am a fan of Jeanette Jenkins and this workout does not disappoint.  She works you hard and you will get the results.  I had a hard time getting through this workout the first couple times I popped it in the DVD player.  I can see more definition in my shoulders and even my abs.  I love this workout and I can't wait to do it again.
