I loved this workout. It seemed harder to me than the other Jari workouts due to the cardio portions, I love the fact that she gives other options for the cardio as well.  I also like that it has options for 30 minute or shorter options as well for those days when I am pressed for time.  I was very happy with this workout

I love doing workout videos at home when I can’t make it to the gym which is usually a couple of times a week. I have been doing both the ripped class and videos for just over 3 years and I have seen nothing but positive results. When I received the new Extremely Ripped Boot Camp I cannot say how much it compliments all of the other Ripped videos. Once again Jari Love and the ripped team have switched it up to another very choice workout that has an excellent full body and cardio workout. The workouts stay interesting through a combination of core-focused cardio circuits, weights and ab-toning exercises. In addition much like the Extremely Ripped 1000 you have the choice to do the full workout at 60 minutes, six 10 minute workouts or two 30 minute workouts is such a great option for those who are in busy lifestyles but want to maintain a fit and healthy body. Keep up the great work!!!

I have been taking Jari Love's classes for years now and have loved every one of them.  They totally changed my body and the way I look at working out.  This bootcamp DVD is the most challenging by far.  But, with modification, anyone can do it.  It really gets your heart rate up so that you are burning a ton of calories.  I would recommend it to anyone!  Blast fat and tone muscles!
