I work out to Jari about 3 times a week and have noticed a change in my arms and legs already. I've been consistent for 4-5 months now and really enjoy it! :) I would like for her to add some ab work at the end of the dvd though and spend more time in that area. thank you Jari, I think you're wonderful! :)

This workout is Tough! November 17, 2008

I found this video to be the hardest out of the set of the 'ripped videos' Jari Love is one tough cookie! and the older ladies working out in the video are an inspiration! I would recommend this to anyone trying to get fit!

Ripped & Chiseled is Jari's best workout in my opinion. She really hit her stride in this one. TONS of reps, had to lower weights. Great DOMS day after. Lots of pulsing reps, different tempos. Some exercises I could go heavier (tris), some lighter (shoulders). Lots of burn! Good, but short pushup segment, tricep dips. Still tough. Bonus has abs segment from S&L.
