U.S. Her workouts have been featured in Fitness Magazine, the New York
Times, Shape, Glamour, Self, Vogue and Best Life, and she has appeared
on television and in numerous fitness DVDs including her signature
workout, FLAB-U-LESS. A former competitive gymnast, Stephanie has been a
medalist in the National Aerobics Championships and achieved master
trainer degrees in various exercise and health disciplines, and is ACE
certified.
