This is a great DVD. It's challenging yet do-able.
GSP's trainer, Erik Owings, gives excellent instruction throughout; in fact, I've picked up some form pointers I can use in my other workouts.
You feel you're really training *with* GSP - he can't perform all the exercises well, grunts and says it feels "Orrible!" (There's no macho posturing here.)
This DVD left me feeling strong and thoroughly worked out - highly recommended!
