I like this, and I think I like it largely bc it's DIFFERENT from other things I own. The moves are very reminiscent of kettlebell work, but somehow friendlier with a ball. Kettlebell-ish or not, it has a true cardio feel, which is a little surprising given you don't Move Around a lot. I like workout quite a lot, and I love that it has premixes. However, I have to confess the instructor isn't a fave, but he's okay; he cues well, but he's kinda cheesy (he definitely assumes that you are working out for appearance, not health). Most people will probably like that the before and after photos are "Real women" with a variety of body types.

This is an awesome workout! It is highly innovative with totally creative exercises. It keeps your heartrate up (I used a 5 pound squishy ball) and definitely trains your core and even legs and arms. You will feel the results before the workout is over. I also liked the music, it was different, which was nice for a change of pace. I hope he comes out with more!
