One of my favorite kettlebell workouts October 28, 2009

This workout is very versatile. You can start by doing each move from the menu along with Anthony as he instructs it, then do a minute of that move. The workout is set up in 5 rounds. Round one has one move, round 2 has two moves, etc. You do each move in the round for one minute with no rest between moves. You can do one of four premixes one, two, three, or four alarm depending on your fitness level and length of time you have to workout. Some of my favorite moves on this DVD include the Turkish Get up, and the double alternating cleans. If those cleans don't get your heart rate soaring you are a machine!
The workout is hard but not as killer as Newport and the music is great.
