I love this practice. January 3, 2012

This is a great, relaxing yoga practice for beginners and for everyone of any level who wants to go slow and stretch everything out. It is 77 minutes long, and you'll feel great if you do the whole thing, but you can also do part of the practice (using the extensive chapter menu) if you don't have that much time.
