One of the Best Yoga-Inspired Workouts |

Yogini is the hardest yoga inspired workout I've ever seen or done, and I love yoga. [but I'm picky about which ones I do]. Ellen as usually cues awesomely well, and you always feel nice and mellow while doing it. It IS hard [Harder than Fat Burning Fusion, and Slim Sculpt], But it will be VERY worth it once you do it.
The music, as someone mentioned, kinda weird, but then I have zero sense of rhythm. So it doesn't bother me. :)

This is a great video to wake up and do. It's not too hard at the time, but you can definetly feel the results afterwards. This was my first Studio video and I like that Ellen adds her own little touches to the moves. It's easy to follow and only 40 mins, so it's great to squeeze in before work!

This is definitely a yoga based workout with intermediate to advanced moves.

Not your typical yoga |

I really hate excercise but love how I feel if I do it. This is a change of pace for those days I don't do the cardio I usually choose. It's hard doing all those floor excercises that work the arms (my weak spot) other than that I really enjoyed Yogini.

Good Workout, Poor Music |

I have a number of Barrett DVD's and love them all. My only disappointment with Yogini is with the music choice, which I think is very poor.
Once I understand the moves and can take my cue from Ellen, I then like to use a mirror to be sure my form is as good as I can get it. Eventually, I like to look into the woods as I work out. As Ellen would say, very Zen.
Unfortunately with music that has no rhythm or form at all, it is very difficult to look away from the screen or to concentrate on anything but "keeping up". I find that very distracting.
Having said that, other than the need to modify one or two postures/poses given my own limitations, I like the workout -- I feel very "Stretched".
