I'm not a beginner in yoga but lately haven't practiced it much. This may help me get back into the groove. Ashley gives good instruction but isn't overly "talky." There is definitely room to grow as she shows different levels of many of the poses. If you're looking for a fast-moving, sweaty cardio type yoga, this isn't it. But, if you'd like to build strength and practice yoga in a non-intimidating way, then get this one and enjoy.
