Dressed Up Drills delivers cardio, core, and flexibility training in a versatile format that will give you plenty of mileage in your workout library:

Composed of separate blocks, you have the option to complete it in one marathon challenge, or enjoy any of the numerous mixes that suit your daily goals and time frame.3 levels of impact and intensity are demonstrated (high, low, and in-between). Strategically designed to accommodate those who prefer more basic moves and those who crave more choreography by offering both a “just drills” and a “dressed up” pre-mix menu. The cardio training is packed with straight forward, athletic moves (no grapevines or mambos in sight) that are repeated long enough to drive intensity, but change quickly enough to keep things interesting and fun! Once the basic “just drills” are mastered and layered in simple movement patterns, they are then “dressed up” in final 32 count combinations.

Core-focused bodyweight training (both on and off the mat) follows the same formula by introducing various strengthening, lengthening, and balance components before piecing them together into continuous flowing patterns.
Even the stretches get dressy! A yoga-inspired sequence provides the perfect finish, and an optional faster version offers an even greater athletic challenge and gain in flexibility.

If you love cardio, this is for you.  The moves are simple and put together nicely.  Nothing complicated or overly choreographed.  Her cueing is great so you won't get lost.  It's chaptered really well w/ MANY premixes so you can't get bored!!  I like the premix that puts the bodyweight work in between the cardio.  Very nice workout!!

I like the design of this dvd. When you hear drills, you think a "Cathe-like" workout, where you are a little wiped out afterwards. Not so with this. More of a steady state type cardio workout.  Not overly fun but not a dread workout either. By the time I get to the dressed up part, I am kinda done with it. I don't care for much repetition anymore.  I love the Body Weight segment. Intense and fun.  There are too many premixes and I don't know how to pick the right one, but this dvd is chaptered well, so I just skip to the next segment when I want. Overall, a good dvd with lots of options. Kristin has a great personality.

Kristin delivers a great steady state cardio workout, a rarity nowadays.  It isn't complicated, but it is fun.  The bodyweight portion is great too.  It's mostly standing with a focus on the core.  The drills are a chance to learn the moves and the dressed up versions put it together in a flow.  The "drills-to-dressed up" sequencing works great for both the cardio and bodyweight sections.

Kristin is a fun, personable instructor and does a good job cueing.

I think this is a fun workout and I really enjoy doing it. I would give it 5 stars even without the pre-mixes, however, when you add in the value of the pre-mixes this DVD cannot be beat!

I highly recommend!!!
