"Nitro Kick" brings something fresh to the usual kickbox workouts. The "ancient Kung Fu postures" (static chi gung postures) and "Dynamic Muscle Motion" (dynamic chi gung) segments build strength and flexibility, and make a nice warm-up before the cardio workout.

This would make a good addition to anyone's kickbox library.

This DVD set is exceptional. It is great for people that can't get to their favorite gym regularly. You can do this with or without equipment. You don't need a lot of room . You can workout, in your living room, hotel room or wherever - this is the PERFECT workout. My stamina, endurance and overall body shape improved dramatically in a few short months. If you are looking for a challenging exercise system that reaps great results, Nitro Kick is it. Being in my 50's and I have worked out religiously with cardio, weights, and personal trainers. Nitro Kick was a challenge and fun . It toned my entire body, ridding me of the cellulite I had on my legs. Nitro Kick introduces variations of kick boxing, ab workouts, stances, core exercises that are unique and effective.

This workout is for any age or any level and exercise level.

Overall, fun, effective, and fabulous - all at a great price - this DVD packs a lot of punch for the price.
