This is a great cardio sculpt workout from Denise, which are a quick and efficient workouts broken down to 3 segments: The 1st one is a cardio sculpt workout which you do a little cardio and then a little sculpting. 2nd workout, is a kettlebell inspired workout which you use a handeight to incorporate a cardio sculpt interval workout. 3rd segment is a terrific unique ab routine which she has you doing this great russian twist ab routine, and other ab moves and at times using a hanweight. This is a great quick workout, you can do for a total body workout that you will feel great doing any time! Love Denise!
